When will I be charged and how quickly will I get my order?TOP Your order will be processed hours after you place it. Your payment is processed as you place the order. We, then immediately place the order with the manufacturer. Most of our items can take two weeks to receive. We ask that you allow two to four weeks although you could receive it sooner. Custom bedding, specialty and personalized items may take up to six to eight weeks to deliver.
How about Returns and Exchanges?TOP Che' Demi's Boutique's goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and superior service.
Items may be returned by following these steps:
You have ten (10) days from the time you receive your package to request a refund, notify us of missing or damaged items, or request an exchange.
All returns must have prior authorization. You may reach us at customercare@chedemisboutique.com.
Approved refunds will be processed minus our original shipping charges and the customer pays return shipping costs.
Returns will only be accepted if they are in original condition and in original packaging.
There are NO returns on custom bedding. There are NO returns on personalized items.
If it is returned to us after the 10 day window, without prior authorization, used, altered or missing its original packaging, it will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense.
Can I cancel my order"TOP Because many of the items we carry are either ordered or made just for you, we allow only a 24 hour cancellation window. You will have 24 hours from when the order is PLACED to cancel your order. Please cancel by e-mailing customercare@chedemisboutique.com and include your name date of order, order number and items ordered. We will send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know the order has been canceled. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call us to ensure we received your request.
What about custom orders, can I cancel those orders?TOP There are NO cancellations or RETURNS on orders that are custom made for you. Those items may not be returned or refused. Please check with our Customer Care Department for more information or detail on a particular item, customercare@chedemisboutique.com. Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, gifts and other made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do items often get back orderd?TOP Unfortunately, one or more items may become back ordered. If a back order occurs on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as it arrives. If you don't receive it in a reasonable length of time, please e-mail us at customercare@chedemisboutique.com We will try to keep you posted on it's arrival date.
Do you chare sales tax?TOP Because Che' Demi's Boutique operates in the State of New York, we are required to collect 8.% sales tax on orders shipped to a New York State address. Those who live outside of New York State will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Che'DemisBoutique.com.
What are my payment options?TOP We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Credit card charges will appear as Che' Demi's. Cashiers Checks, Checks and Money Orders are also accepted.
Do you offer international shipping?TOP Yes! International shipping charges will apply to all purchases shipped out of the United States.
